Proof required: UCL ID card (Student who have just completed their course – before the graduation ceremony
Proof required: Letter offering place on course at the UCL Institute of Education only
Proof required: IoE Student card and email from Registry informing of their interruption
Proof required: Staff or student ID showing status or letter of introduction
Proof required: Check Partnership School & College list and Staff ID card or letter of introduction from Partnership School
Proof required: Current University Staff or Doctoral student (if course is not on Student card, a letter of introduction, in English, from Home institution will be requested).

Free tickets are valid until the 30th of September each year or until your course or contract ends, whichever comes first.
Due to recent restrictions from the International Office at UCL Institute of Education, we cannot prepare letters of invitation for overseas researchers.
