UCL Access Arrangements
Existing Students: An email was sent to all IOE students via IOE email accounts on 2nd December with the subject line: 'UCL user ID and password information.' To access your IOE email account, visit http://libguides.ioe.ac.uk/ioemail.
If you cannot find the email from UCL Portico Services in your IOE email account, please let the IOE Computer Helpdesk staff know and they will refer your account query to UCL. If you cannot contact IOE Computer Helpdesk, please try contacting UCL's ISD at 020 7679 5000, email@example.com or at https://myaccount.ucl.ac.uk.
Your UCL ID card is held by your programme Adminstrator.
New Students: If you registered online, you will have been sent your IOE student computer username and password once the enrolment has been approved.
You will need to collect your UCL ID and computer username and password two weeks after registration from the Student Services Office at the UCL Institute of Education on Level 4.
Staff: If you cannot collect your UCL username and password in person you can collect a token which will allow you to reset your password remotely (the sixth option at http://myaccount.ucl.ac.uk/, http://myaccount.ucl.ac.uk/token-validate//). Please phone 0203 108 3975 to collect your token.
